Why join the Jaycees?

Jaycees are builders. There are 300,000 Jaycees in 7,000 local organizations throughout the nation. They conduct countless different projects and programs geared to building better people to meet the needs of their communities. People become involved in the Jaycees for many reasons. But all Jaycees have one thing in common: they believe that our tomorrow depends on what we accomplish today.

Being a Jaycees member provides an opportunity to give back to Hartford & Washington County, along with the rewarding feeling that comes with that and the potential to make lasting friendships along the way. Most importantly, we have fun! We are always looking for new members and fresh ideas! We meet once a month – come join us and become a bigger part of our great community!

What does the Hartford JCI(Jaycees)H do?

The Hartford JCI(Jaycees) are proud to support the Hartford & Slinger food pantries, Slinger Fire & Police Departments, Hartford recreation department and other various community organizations. We do this with money earned at one of our annual fundraisers such as the Dwelling Of Despair & Forest Of Fear haunted attractions, Brat frys, Bake Sales and Casino Nights. Along with fundraising we run different events throughout the year for the community to benefit from such as Hartford community fourth of July festivities & Hartford Easter Egg Hunt.
